Ancient laments and rollicking drinking songs mix with Tom Waits, Bob Dylan and Jimmy Buffett covers as folk singer Matt DeBlass accompanies himself on traditional instrumentation.

Singer, mandolinist and harpist Matt DeBlass draws his repertoire largely from the Irish and Scottish traditions, but adds a healthy dose of contemporary influences. He might add a bit of swing to an old ballad, or sing a modern pop song as if it were a traditional lament.
